Service	Description
Tribal Transportation Program Management	Manage entire Tribal Transportation Program TTP, i.e. Financial Reporting to Bureau of Indian Affairs or Federal Highway Administration, completing Strategic Transportation Safety, Tribal Transportation Improvement TTIP and Long Range Transportation Plans LRTP, acting as liaison between Tribes and various Transportation entities (BIA, FHWA, DOT, TTAP, LTAP, etc.), keep Tribe’s informed on trainings and grant opportunities relevant to TTP
	Completing and implementing the Strategic Transportation Safety Plan
	Completing and implementing the LRTP
	Completing and implementing both the Safety Plan and LRTP
	Completing safety grant application when application period is open, completing and implementing both the Strategic Transportation Safety Plan and LRTP
	Transit services through Federal Transit Administration, i.e. navigating the TrAMS and Echo websites, yearly reporting, grant management, transit vehicle purchases, etc. Travel costs may accrue if Marina has to transport any vehicles after purchase (Transit Vans are generally purchased through Anchorage)
	Creating and implementing Tribal Transit Plan
Planning and Coordination	Tribal Coordination (General) Scheduling charters, event planning, logistics, coordination with carriers
	Administrative Support (Onsite or Remote) Filing, phones, scheduling, email, scanning, and staff coverage
	Document Creation, Formatting and/or Editing, Finalizing professional letters, forms, reports, or grant drafts
	Travel Planning for Tribal Staff Booking charters, lodging, and creating coordinated travel timelines
	Project-Based Support Custom work such as enrollment drives, record audits, mailings, or clean-up projects
